I am a customer of Beijing 101 and I have the package. Every time I go to take care of my scalp and relax myself, the waiters are very kind and polite. I feel very happy. I gave Beijing 101 a good review a few months ago, but today Did you give it wrong just now? I WhatsApped you around 10:30 in the morning to see if there will be a seat at 11 a.m. tomorrow, 3/1/2024? But what time is it now? Don’t tell me you’re still open or it’s a day off. You haven’t texted me back yet. Don’t tell me you don’t have even one minute? The on-site service is very good. If the service was changed before the person arrived, it would really disappoint me. The remaining packages make me consider whether to go through it.

Went for a trial session at Beijing 101. Grace is friendly and understanding consultant who patiently explained to me the necessary treatments steps that I had to do based on my scan results. The scalp massage she did for me was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I had a pleasant experience!

Purchased a trial session and very look forward to try it. My appointment making was through WhatsApp, the reply speed was damn slow and the available slot offer was not I requested for. Understand that it is subject to availability. But atleast they should offer something around what I've requested. They simply forcing me to take a slot that I'm really not available and reply me "our apology, no more slot". Why is it that my friend book later than me can get a later slot on the same day but I was not offered that time at all from the beginning of my inquiry. I would like to request for a refund for the trial since I cannot attend on any other dates which I already inform. The due date is this Dec which Beijing 101 offered. And I'm inquiring this refund request through WhatsApp as well. Let's see how long would they take to reply since they can't give a prompt service to make appointment and now is my request for refunding.

Went for a trial session at Funan, my first ever Beijing 101 experience. For consultation, Louis helped to scan and explained my scalp conditions and steps needed for a better hair growth. Mandy is a friendly and cheerful consultant who assisted with the hair treatment and massage. Overall was a comfortable and pleasant experience!
